- Rienne Martinez is a graduate of the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Program at Seattle Culinary Academy and has worked in many well know hotels, bakeries and restaurants around the Pacific Northwest and Latin America. Rienne is the former owner of Dulce Marzo Cafe in Monteverde, Costa Rica and spent time as Director of Operations for Chenatay Wines in Mendoza, Argentina. Her passion for great food and wine have lead Rienne to all corners of the world and continue to inspire her vivacious enthusiasm for everything culinary.
